Location: 8511 Hillcrest Ave., Kansas City, MO 64138

Schedule: Full-time

Pay Range: Starting at $26.63 per hour (more possible based on experience)

• Provide new employee safety training, annual safety training, and additional training as needed to help employees maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Review videos of buses and facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards
• Conduct and document all required safety drills
• Communicate as needed with contracted safety providers, alarm company, security personnel, elevator inspectors, fire extinguisher inspectors, first aid suppliers, etc.
• Chair the Safety Committee
• Maintain familiarity with CARF, OSHA, and other applicable safety standards
• Travel to perform safety duties at all Eitas locations

• A bachelor’s degree or successful completion of a college-level course of study in safety, quality assurance, or human services (required)
• Familiarity with standard office safety practices (required)
• Familiarity with fleet vehicle safety practices (preferred)
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
